By downloading, purchasing, or using the Desktop Private Pro plan of GEM Billing Pro, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
✓100% Local Storage: ALL your business records (firms, parties, items, invoices, delivery challans, and GST breakup data) are stored EXCLUSIVELY on your local computer storage inside an encrypted SQLite file.
✓Zero Server Access: GEM Billing Pro does NOT store, transmit, sync, or possess any access or backdoor to your business records. Our servers have zero copy of your invoices.
✓Irrecoverable Data Loss Risk: If your computer hard disk crashes, is physically damaged, stolen, encrypted by ransomware, or accidentally formatted, your data CANNOT be recovered by GEM Billing Pro under any circumstances.
✓Backup Responsibility: It is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to perform regular database exports using the software's built-in "Export Database Backup" feature to secure pen drives or personal cloud folders.
